A demo booking before a number is still the norm in this category, and where a figure is published it is usually a starting price, which is a floor rather than a price. Either way it costs you a week to find out whether a product was ever in budget. Nuraflow’s pricing model is on this page, and the tier figures follow it here rather than into a quote.
The Model
How Nuraflow Is Priced.
The model is settled and published here. The figures for each tier are being finalised against the enterprise build and will be published on this page, not quoted privately.
Billed Per Block of 20 Field Staff
Capacity is bought in blocks of the people delivering visits, nurses, therapists and aides alike. Not per seat and not per user. Your schedulers and administrators do not each carry a licence cost, so growing the back office does not raise the bill.
Tiered, and The Tiers Will Be Public
The tier structure goes on this page rather than getting assembled during a negotiation. Two agencies of the same size will see the same price. Two agencies of the same size see the same price.
No Hidden Fees
No per-claim charge, no per-visit charge, no implementation fee revealed at contract stage. AI is included rather than sold as an add-on. What is on the page is what is on the invoice.
Not Priced Per Active Client
Client-count pricing penalises exactly the growth the software is supposed to enable. Nuraflow does not use it.
the Figures Are Not Set Yet. When They Are, They Go Here.
Nuraflow is pre-launch, and the platform spans personal care, home health and hospice, which price differently from a single-line agency tool. Publishing a tier table before those figures are settled would mean publishing numbers we would have to change. We would rather show you the model now and the figures when they are real, than show you a number that moves.
Waitlist members will see the tier figures first, and founding cohort pricing will be held for them.
